Professional Fitness Instructor Training collects personally identifiable information (name, e-mail address, etc.) that you submit when you: 1) request information, 2) register for our courses or workshops, 3) send us an email, or 4) make a purchase from our online store.  We may use this information to process and maintain your record in our database and forward to you information and updates in reference to our training services or training-related products.

Personal and credit card information IS NOT PROVIDED to third parties.  Only Professional Fitness Instructor Training (PFIT) may use the contact information you provide to us in order to update your record and/or to send you necessary information directly related to the product(s) or service(s) for which you have requested information, registered, or purchased.  As part of the information request, registration, or product purchase processes, you have the option to inform us that you do not wish to receive information on future training or products.

Professional Fitness Instructor Training does not engage in the sale, purchase, or exchange of email lists or contact information, nor do we condone or participate in the practice of email "spamming.  We are in full compliance with requirements that we provide all individuals with instructions (within the body of the email) on how to opt out of receiving future emails, should any persons decide to make such a request.  You may periodically receive email messages if 1) you signed up on one of our web pages or 2) you are an existing contact.

Professional Fitness Instructor Training does request that any persons under the age of 18 obtain parental permission prior to requesting information regarding our training programs.  While you may able to participate in the courses if you are within a few months of your eighteenth birthday, you would be unable to take any of the PFIT certification exams unless and obtain certification through PFIT unless you have reached the age of 18.
