By submitting this registration, I fully acknowledge that:

any physical activity involves risks, ranging from minor irritations or soreness to professional and/or personal debilitation or sudden death. The school / exam / workshop does involve physical activity. I assume the risk for any resulting injuries.

I also understand that any information dispersed - written, verbal, or demonstrated - is for the education of fitness trainers / instructors and that the proper application to myself and others is my responsibility. I assume responsibility for the proper application of information and the results.

any printed information is for the exclusive use of the school / workshop / review attendee and may not be reproduced or distributed without the express written consent of Professional Fitness Instructor Training.

no video recordings of any PFIT training school / workshop or training materials are allowed.

refund and transfer policy

There are NO REFUNDS issued within 10 days prior to start date of any PFIT course, workshop or seminar, once you have received course materials, or the course, workshop or seminar begins.

All refunds must be requested in writing. (US Mail or E-Mail). There is a non-refundable $100.00 fee for any authorized cancellations. Registration may be transferred to the next available school by written request along with a $100.00 transfer fee.

NO SHOW - NO REFUND. This applies to PFIT course, workshop, seminar or certification exam. - NO EXCEPTIONS.
