 If you do not have a credit card or if you prefer to submit your registration by mail,
download and print out our registration form (in Adobe Acrobat Reader format).

REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY

NO REFUNDS 10 DAYS PRIOR TO START DATE OF EVENT.   NO REFUNDS ONCE THE SCHOOL OR WORKSHOP BEGINS.
All refunds or transfers must be requested in writing.   There is a non-refundable base fee for any cancellations.   Registration may be transferred to the next available school by written request before the start of any program and requires a transfer fee.    Contact PFIT for details.
