The foods
offered today are a result of profit over substance.
How so?

Farmer's are paid (and not well) for quantity ... not quality. Just to
survive, the land has to be over worked with no chance of a rest and
recuperation. Fertilizer's, especially after WWII, are designed to be
as cheap as possible and produce maximum tons of production per acre without
very little consideration of the nutritional value of the product. To
enhance profits by reducing spoilage, crops are harvested long before they
are ripe. This, again, greatly reduces the nutritional value.
The FDA has certified that the foods grown today are less than 30% of the
nutritional value in comparison to foods grown just 25 years before.

Added is the constant and long term over use of pesticides, germacides and
other industrial poisons. (Remember: It's tons per acre, not quality.)
A recent report indicated that greater than 90% of the fresh and processed
fruits and vegetables on grocery store shelves contain at least 6
pesticides.

Fast Food - Drive Thru Food - Restaurant Food - Processed Foods - Astronomical Profits for low
quality products.
Obesity is an epidemic. All these foods are full of components called
exitotoxins that over stimulate the body's nerve systems and a chief cause
for the huge increase in Alzheimer's, DNA Damage, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
and many auto-immune disorders.
Diabetes, coronary heart disease, arthritis, auto-immune diseases are not an
if ... they are a when !!!
DNA damage is rampant. For example, in 1997, there were 1 out of 1000
children afflicted with Autism. In 2007 that number is 1 out 150.
That's a 650% increase in just 10 years.

manufactures lobby desiring extra daylight for Halloween to increase candy
sales.
Pharmacology Industry

Drug companies have presented and sold solutions to the same maladies and
diseases for the past 50 years. There is always a better (Oh yeah,
more expensive) drug sold to the doctors and if they don't sell enough,
advertisements through television, radio, magazine, etc. convince you to ask
your physician for it.
If you create a drug that really solves the problem and you take the
drug, why is the problem still here?

Many officials of the FDA (Federal Drug Administration) work for
pharmaceutical companies after they leave the FDA. The FDA is supposed
to protect you. Who are they really protecting?

The
FDA allows pharmaceutical companies to get a fast tract allowance and get new drugs to the market in 18
months, not the years we are told. If there are procedures to protect
you, why are they ignored?

An
example of misapplications would be the profitable use of antibiotics.
Yes, they eliminate symptoms. They also produce resistant strains of
bacteria, destroy the protective micro-organisms in the intestinal tract and
weaken the immune system. (Would it be better to have a strong immune
system?)
"Yeah, but I never take antibiotics." If you eat any meat products,
you receive the results of massive injections of antibiotics and growth
hormone and pesticides (from animal grain feeds).
Insurance Industry

The
average family can currently spend $600 to $1200 per month on a high
deductible ($3000 - $5000), 80% - 20% policy. Even if you can afford
the premium, many policies have hidden defined limits and maximum coverage.
A major illness of surgery could still cost thousands of $$$ out of pocket.

The
average visit to the doctor costs $100, plus expensive lab tests, plus
X-ray's, MRI's, Cat Scan's, additional specialists, etc. ($100 is starting
